Some Things Are Too Scary For Halloween TV

In a lavish castle, during the fifteenth century, the Earl of Cheshire adored fancy gatherings, and held many of them, for one reason, the women. He never was really picky about them, because either way he'd have them at some point. As a charismatic man, he would lure the woman to seclusion and try to seduce them. If that didn't work he'd take them to the 'pleasure room', or in other words a room solely for the pleasuring of women until they submitted to him. If a woman was particularly stubborn and refused him after he exhausted his devices the Earl would behead them himself in the regular torture chamber. He refused to force himself onto a woman since he thought that wasn’t gentlemanly and that he was above that.

Obviously, this cause a lot of feuds so the honor bound husbands or widowers in some cases, would challenge to duel him. However, they'd be kidnapped while they were asleep, or drugged, and be dragged down to the torture chamber of Midnight Castle. While they were held there the Earl himself would torture them for three hours a day, verbally, mentally, and physically. One of his favorite ways to do it was to tell them in explicit detail how he got their woman to submit or up to the point where he beheaded them. The men, once taken there, would be left to die in a small room, given no food or water, with no light until they finally died by some form or another.

Now in present day, seven people, from America, have been selected to spend twelve hours in this castle. Exorcisms have been tried, since many feared dangers that could come to people; but nothing other then foot steps and noises and doors opening and closing have ever happened. And the exorcisms never worked, but since no experts and no eye witnesses have seen any dangerous things for people and deemed it safe to walk around at night exploration has been allowed.
