A crystal tear slides down her cheek

The first emotion shown in so long

Normally the stone, normally cold

She now cries here when she is alone.

Never once will you see this again

She cries only when things get bad

Always holding it in, ready to explode

Finally she does but is silent in doing so.

The tears are silent and so is she

You would never know she hurts

Except for the tears running down her cheeks

They are your only key that something has happened.

It may have been a fight

With someone or just herself

It could have been a vision

The future is now.

She gives you a smiles and says it will be ok

She takes the job of cheering you

But on the inside she cries so you don't have to

And when she is alone she does just that.

A crystal tear slides down her cheek

Don't think for a moment that she is weak

Soon she will be happy once again

It is all a mask but not all is fake.

Two crystal tears…

One of pain

One of joy

But still not seen.
