It was in the last breath of sighing chord
That honesty in that pure sound was gone.
There's nothing more beautiful on the darkest day
Than gray clouds in the sky with nothing but rain.

In this moment I am happy for the pain.
It goes away just to come back again,
But its real and heavy like the happiness
That comes every morning upon closed eyelids.

I have no comfort and no promises.
It'll only get better if that's how you make it.
I won't say be happy and everythings fine
Becuase life just isn't that way sometimes.

The wind is on our faces and it challenges us to stand.
Turn to face the forcefullness and stinging gusting sand
And watch the terrifying perfection of a mistake
As beauty slowly fades.

Don't cry for whats lost
But for what you might lose.
Don't kill all your fears;
Kill what's killing you.
