Ode to Pink

Pink is a creature of miniscule size
Pink is so cuddly and pink is so cute,
Pink is the color of jackrabbit’s eyes,
Pink is the taste of sour fruit.

Pink ever wears a fashionable suit,
Pink always smiles when it goes to speak,
Pink is flirt and a showoff to boot,
And pink owns everything from the boutique.

Pink is the blush on a tiny boy’s cheek,
Pink is the sky on Valentine’s day.
Pink are the noses of mouses that squeak,
Pink are the flowers that bloom in may.

Pink is a unicorn, pink is a rose.
Pink gathers eyes wherever it goes.
