This story was inspired by my role play character Ileandra Young. Basically Ileandra evolved so much from the original form in Walking the Razors Edge that I felt it was important that she was fleshed out in a manner that fully explained the way I play her. This sample is from early last year when I began the project, from early on in the story where Ileandra – who here is named T'keyah – is first allowed to leave her village and venture into the wide world. Kane, more commonly known in the RP world as Luke is frightened for her and appeals to her mother that she remain behind, safe among her people.
