Kendra was an ordinary looking girl-nondescript auburn hair that reached the middle of her back, brown eyes that showed exactly what she was thinking of you when you got on her bad side, and a body that, in her opinion, was much too straight for her fourteen years.

Kendra also had very ordinary interests for a teenage girl: boy-watching, shopping, IMing her friends. She would often drag her friends on expeditions into the woods out behind her development, something that some of the more indoorsy girls would hate. Kendra did however, love reading, a passion that led her friends to tease her unmercifully. No matter where she was, she always had a book of some sort, and whenever she got bored, Kendra simply pulled it out, opened it up, and dove into one of her worlds. She was often described by her friends as outgoing, humorous, pretty outdoorsy, and sassy. The last of which she always denied, claiming sarcastic and sassy are two different things. Yes, except for her book fetish, Kendra was an ordinary girl.

Or so she thought.

For one day soon, she would go through an experience that would change her life, and her view of herself… forever.

A/N: Sorry if this is a little strange, and if this isn’t very exciting. It’s an intro, and that’s all. And I know this repeats the summary. Sorry again.
