Without a breath,

I turn to you.

Without a doubt

I run to you.

Without certainty,

I cannot speak.

Without you by my side,

I cannot live.

I’ve kept silent,

but not for so long.

I’ve refused to believe

this feeling so deep.

Your smile devastates

like the storm within my heart.

I dare not intrude

on the boundaries of friendship.

And I am left Breathless.
