Seems I've stumbled along
A new forbidden road
Yearning for change
I find it's a one way street

So many side attractions
Distract me from every essence
Time flies as I'm blinded
By the smile on my face

I can feel the damp air surround me
The dimly lit street no better
The pain hurts deep inside
Yet i continue to hide behind a smile

This road becomes quiet
No exits now
Only one lane going on for forever
With the street lights vanishing

It's cold, so alone
Don't really know where I'm going
Just drifting away from everything
On this one way street

Spread myself from the distractions
The laughter and the heartbreak
Only to find myself alone
Never crossing another path.
