In the night sky
In the dead of the night,
it was never all right.
The chills that ran up my spine,
could never compare to the scars that bind,
me, as I cry, into the night sky, and the majestic
raptor takes its flight.
Spreading its wings, to sing
me his song- oh please come back,
please just come back to me,
in my night sky.
In the dead of night
I hear his song,
Calling me every hour,
Wanting me to come along
Oh I bid you welcome into my wing
Come into the dark,
And embrace my mark.
Be mine, only mine,
In my night sky.
In the dead of the night
I can feel nothin’; nothing but blood
The taste surrounds me, floods
all my memories, his eyes, torture
they are, eyes of an eagle,
body of a mortal and blood
oh sweet blood, it has poisoned me,
taken me, transformed me, and won’t
let me be.
So every night in the dead of the night,
When the clock strikes midnight,
And the shadows, the obscurity comes over to me,
I die at heart, my mind clouds, and his voice:
The song he sings haunts me, till this day:
Oh sweet angel, remember me now,
Hear my song, the voice of eternity; sing along, come along, and close your eyes.
Hear the blood drip, taste it’s sweetness, come with me into the shadows. Oh I bid you welcome into my wing and be mine, only mine, forever into the night sky.
I will kiss away your worries,
Erase them from this world,
Wealth shall be yours,
Just enter through my doors,
Embrace the darkness.
And I’ll kiss away your scars,
they will drown away into the night sky.
So be mine,
Only mine,
Forever into the night sky.
I keep hearing this,
over and over,
So I am his,
Only his,
Not by choice, but by blood.
As his teeth sunk into my flesh,
Time stopped,
And I died,
Forever into the night sky.
So you’re mine,
Only mine,
Forever into my night sky.
