Just listening to the rings
once twice three times at most
sweaty palms
wet lips
your eyes are dry
and yet they're crying out
an ocean
you can't take it any longer
set this device down
let it pound to the ground
it's over but you don't
want that to become reality in your mind
out there; you know it's real
but inside; it's just a tale
before you make any
conclusions
adding up solutions
you know it's all there
a finger print away
from murder
in your prison cell
with your eyes so dry
sweaty palms
finger prints all over
your one phone call is over
he never called you
so why should he answer
when you called out to him
his lips only paused
from the locking kiss
he was passing on
to another woman
lies and dissapointments
the marks on your face mean nothing
to you the only thing you want
is for him to know
that you forgive him
that no matter who he kissed
no matter how many lies he told
no matter what his device he used
to put bruises and slashes on
your face
but through all those
lost memories
you still l o v e him
