Light in My Window

There’s a light

In my window,

A signal for you

To guide your way back

From cold travels.

There’s a light

Through the black night,

That shows the way

Home,

So you never are lost

In the winter.

There’s a light

Up the driveway,

Reflecting off snow,

So you know you are never alone.

The light in my window

Will never go out,

A beacon for you

To come home.
