stomachs empty
with nothing inside
Her smile is fake
Her figure is starved
and yet she still gets up early
with a smile on her face
She laughs her head off at corny jokes
But deep inside the
shallow young woman lives
a little girl reaching
for help
but finds no one
to grab her
and pull her
to safety
Just left
all alone
with nothing
