First Fairy Poem

Wings translucent,

Shining white.

Skirt of rose petals

Red as fresh blood.

Flit from flower

To flower,

Dancing under the moonlight.

Fly across pale, painted dawns.

A world where pebbles are chairs

And grass is proper bedding.

So tiny, so magical,

So everlasting.
