Now I lay thee down to sleep.
Give unto me thine heart to keep.
Ishall protect it through the night
And then return it come first light.
Rest thee now, and close thine eyes.
Thou layeth safe beneath mine eyes.
Sleep thee deep and peacefully;
Dream whilst I watch over thee.
So let me send thee into sleep
And take from thee anxiety.
I shall make all thine burdens light
And guide thine heart from endless night.
A/N: I'm sorry if I butchered the "Olde Englishe", but I thought it gave it a nice touch.
