It wouldn't matter to me
If there was snow falling
During this pre-Christmas week
There is no snow or rain or sky
Now that it's you who's gone
This night will be silent
Just like so many before
And even more since
All of these nights are silent now
Now that it's you who's gone
I've tried to express this
For I don't know how long
But not even these words
Seem worthy of you
I just wish you could hear them too
This night will be silent
Just like so many before
And even more since
All of these nights are silent now
Now that it's you who's gone
