Career Change

Recently I cannot seem to write

Leaving me in endless spite

No sentences or witty phrases

Just blank stares and empty gazes

I was hoping an issue would arise

To save me from my falling skies

That are preventing me from scribbling

A poem, story or song to sing

Alas, I must accept my fate

For inspiration I must sit and wait

If no words after a long time sat

I will learn to say ‘want fries with that?
