Where do I begin to define such a one of a kind
Such a find could only be too good to be true
Dark pain
Hidden shame
Nothing could ever be the same
I'm bleeding again now
Hoping this time it won't end
Not until it's too late
That's how it was for you
That cold night
And now it might be for me too
It's worth it if it gets me back to you
I can't remember a time I felt more alone
And now I know
This must be close to how you felt that night
You couldn't hide it
You couldn't fight it
And you couldn't deny it
I'm bleeding again now
Hoping this time it won't end
Not until it's too late
That's how it was for you
That cold night
And now it might be for me too
It's worth it if it gets me back to you
