I watch the world I once knew chip & fall away more each day

And this time I know the pieces can't ever be put back together

Because now it's you who's gone like you have

My tears are drowning me now as I still try to understand

Why this has all gone like it has & why you've gone like you have

Don't tell me that this is over

Don't tell me that I really lost you that night

Don't tell me that's how I lost you that night

Don't tell me that you really died that night

If it's a lie

And you didn't really die

I don't want to be the last to know

I can't handle being the only one who doesn't know

Don't tell me that this is over

Don't tell me that I really lost you that night

Don't tell me that's how I lost you that night

Don't tell me that you really died that night
