I want to scream

Feel my throat sear

Push out this hurt and pain

So I never shed a tear

Ever again

I want to scream

Lose my hurt

Force it from my body

Lose the slow ache of my heart

With the power of my lungs

I want to forget all this pain

So I want to scream

I want to scream

To vocalise my pain

So my emotional pain will became noise

As my high-pitched scream reaches ears, they will wince

Then this pain will leave me

The frustration will leave me

Then you will leave me

Leave me and my thoughts

You will disappear as my scream fades into silence.

Then I will be free.

I'm not sure I can write poetry but sometimes you just need to get your emotions out and I can't do that in my other writing. So this is my first poem and its rubbish so sorry everyone.
