“It’s been three days now. “ Till stated as she stared at the white wall that seemed to move with life.

“Nice to know your keeping track” Lilly mumbled as she watched the dying fire.

“You’re listening for them again aren’t you?” Till said looking at Lilly.

“Someone has to,” Lilly mumbled looking toward the back of the cave.

“They’re not real! How many times do I have to tell that to you!” Till yelled . “Well if there really were people down there why haven’t they come out here? And why can’t I hear them, huh?” Tired of watching Lilly stare at the fire Till grabbed a flashlight and walked toward the black abys of the cave.

“What are you doing?!” Lilly asked in a panic.

“I’m not going to just sit here and go insane with you Lilly” Till stated turning around. “I’m going to prove once and for all that there is no one else here. Now you can come with me or go back to listening for your imaginary friends,” Till said turning on her heel and walking into the abys.

It wasn’t even a minute before the scream echoed through the cave.

“I told you so.” Lilly mumbled.
