Stained glass catastrophe

by Violet

I have tiny butterfly eyes (as though I'm looking through a stained glass catastrophe)
Cut - out shaped b l e e d i n g hearts. mourn the d.e.a.d (with envy); empty corpses lying
in rows among rows. Twisted trees across a bleeding sunset. To die no more. Oh, how sweet
that would be. Oh love, I told you I would return from the tortured world, but now I am no more.
