The coach stopped quite near the entrance of the airport. We went into the building, pulling our suitcase behind us, and lined up to be checked in. I remember standing in that queue laughing hysterically with Sita because I was telling her about how obsessive I was.

However, I got worried when it was my turn to check in because there was an error on my ticket and someone had misspelled my name as ‘Grandhi’. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of a problem and I was allowed to get through.

It wasn’t too long before we could board, but we were in a rush and somehow got split up. Sita, Katie, Ranika and I were on the little bus on the way to board the plane before we realised we had no idea where Loess, Lorraine, Lauren and everyone else was.

It turned out that they were already sitting in the plane and we were some of the last people to board. This was a pain, since there were hardly any seats left and the four of us had to sit seperately. I ended up sitting on the end of a row next a middle-aged couple, but I could still talk to Ranika and Katie and see Sita.

Most of the flight was boring and I spent most of the two hours just listening to music. Katie and Ranika were a bit annoyed that Lauren, Loess and Lorraine hadn’t saved us any seats, but we couldn’t ask them about it since we didn’t know where they were!

We shared the rest of our food between us and Katie bought a bag of malteasers which she passed around. I accidently dropped one on the floor, in the passage part which ran down the middle of the plane. I was going to pick it up, but Katie pointed out that while we were landing we could watch it roll down the plane to the front. It was a funny idea and we only had about twenty to thirty minutes left of our flight.

After a while, I looked back down to where the malteaser had been. It was completely squashed! Obviously someone had trodden on it. Just before we started to land, the flight attendants came round to collect any rubbish and I tried to move what was left of the malteaser under my seat so they wouldn’t see it. It sort of worked, but there was still a stain on the carpet.

At last, we had landed back in England. We got off of the plane and soon found the rest of our group. We were feeling pretty tired, but we managed to find our bags again and then made our way to the front entrance. I waved goodbye to the people who were going and took a couple more photos with the last bit of film I had.

Soon, it was time for me to go home. I had enjoyed the trip to Poland but I was also happy to be home – and eat nice food for the first time in four days! I’m really glad I went and maybe I might go again someday…

Yay, I actually finished this story! Wow...now I have many other things to update...
