Okay this poem gave me insipiration for an idea. I wrote this poem after watching Underworld 2 which I was kinda sad about, I was hoping for a little more werewolves and a lot less gore. Anyways, I hope you like my poem!

I was born in the darkness

Away from the light

That was my home

But my life was stolen from me

Now I changed

Into something I hated

My life was warped

So my journey began

Every step I took

The closer I came to the darkness

Every life I took

The farther the way of the light I became

I was the darkness

This was were I roam

And there was no way for me to go to the light

I plagued the darkness

So there was no way to beat me

I was the shadow of the light

Easily ignored by the world

But I could easily turn on the world in return

Now the question is

How could you beat just a mere shadow?

When really

A shadow could be anywhere there is light

And everywhere there is darkness

As I said

I plague the darkness

And this was where I roamed

I was born into darkness

And so I say

You’re in my territory now

Welcome to the Shadow lands
