I know this strange girl named Lily
She's bright and sometimes... well, not so bright (hehe)
Either way, we love her just the same
And sometimes I stop to wonder
If she should be sleeping
But then I know there's good reason behind it
Homework mostly and sometimes just plain Lily-ness
And I also stop to wonder
If she's reading all of this
This poorly written poem with no rhyme or beat
No worries though, because I like these words
And this poem that I made up in about two minutes
When wondering what to say to my best friend Lily
