(05301004): PARADOX

do you know that feeling you get when you are too
disappointed to talk? when your face forms the deepest frown
that it strains your eyes, pulls out the tears? when you want
to crumble because you knew it would happen, but oh god
please, don't let it be true? are you aware that, regardless,
no one's really watching?

do you know that feeling you get when you see something
too amazing to look away? when you think, for once,
your vision and memory will fail you? when you had such a
wonderful day and you stare at the neon green numbers
that read 11:59 PM and you want to keep it there forever?
are you aware that you only have one minute left?

A/N: as much as i don't want to admit it, this came from
from my experience today & i plucked it straight from
my journal, because this is nothing more than my entry
for today written in stanzas.
