the clock's hands--
a temperamental demon
who never gives you as much as you need.
she found the tick-tock of minuit to be
quite loud, and deciding.
crack! goes the glass slipper--
purple pumpkin carriage hastens her away.
pens poke her down rabbit holes--
"I'm late! I'm late!"
and another alice takes the plunge,
in aesop's amalgam of fantasy.

A/N: carroll was high. so am I.
it's very amusing how inspiring sharpies can be, isn't it?
