There was a time not too long ago
I was ashamed of what I felt for you
In some ways I still do
But the reason why has changed
-
My mind doesn't care that you're gone
I still love you like you never left
But I still cry because though I wish you hadn't
You still died that cold night
-
I still hate how you left
Never thought you'd die alone
Never thought you'd do it like you did
Maybe that's why I still can't believe this
-
My mind doesn't care that you're gone
I still love you like you never left
But I still cry because though I wish you hadn't
You still died that cold night
-
Lost in the disbelief
Drowning in this grief
Now that it's you
There is no relief
