Cat and Mouse

It's got to be a starved existence,
Feeding off these games of cat and mouse.
Well, as a mouse who will not use her teeth and claws,
I guess I'll have to learn to give you back your cheese.

And though I will not judge your reasons
For throwing me a bait you know I'll take,
I cannot feel regret at having made you pack your kitty bags
And pad on off to find another mouse to catch.
