love transcends words

Why don’t you-

care to share a chair?

(pardon the rhyme, I can’t help myself sometime)

two people at unease

with the sight of proximity.

He takes the opposite side

and discusses Statistics - something safe.

She wants Calculus - even safer.

though to venture into physics would

involve Motion

Friction,

Inertia!

(a waltz is merely a vector)

A timid voice comments from the outside

the table continues the discussion

this time about the splendid little thing,

many a splendorous thing

and when it’s good, when it’s not, when to

juxtapose, when to strangle, what to wear it with.

All right. the comment: I love all romances

except for Romeo and Juliet.

All I can understand is, you are my husband.
