Emptiness fills
the void that rips
me apart.
I toss more things in
and more time,
just to watch
them burn.
My eyes leak
tender tears
that seep to the pit
that reeks of old lies,
promises unkept.
And I watch
as ink flows
from my mind
through my hands,
jotting my will
and testament.
One hole meets
another; one lives
and one won't...
the void has taken
too much.
It expands
once again
with the help
of a friend.
