Last Day

DA says there’s a life on the line

Light up a roll and it’ll be fine

Never needed a momma’s restriction

Bitch says “Just make a conviction,”

There used to be a light somewhere

In my vortex I used to care

Now I leak through my junkie suit

Looking for someone else to shoot

Thinking this road has been travelled before

And of the footsteps this mud doth bore

And of the soldiers that march their way through

Then I jump in the water; it’s the least I can do.
