Eternal Sunset

Sitting there watching the sunset,

Like you have been for the last year,

Waiting for it to finally set,

But never will it come for its eternal,

Running along the sand,

Trying to find the answer,

To this world with no day or night,

But only an eternal sunset,

Waiting forever, but none shall come,

For love, hope, joy is gone,

To never see those faces,

Is to never live again.
