The dark-haired girl with the innocent eyes

With her feet on the ground and her head in the sky

Doesn't know what she wants or where she's going

But she'll keep her act up and pretend she's all knowing

The naïve child turned into a swan in the blink of an eye

Looking back on who she used to be, on the tears she used to cry

The cautious one- always thinking too much, forever searching for an answer

Pondering the world as a paradox, analyzation is her cancer

The innocent girl with the deep, dark eyes

Too consumed by emotion to let life go by

Doesn't know what she's doing and has no idea why,

But she knows that she's done living a lie
