Hanging there

All alone

Now my destiny

Is set in stone

No one cared

So why live

I loved one

But still life was grim

I loved him more

Than anything else

But they over took me

Made me put my life on the shelf

They covered my eyes

And made me forget

What life was like

When I didn’t fret

One person I could talk to

That made them go away

Had to leave

Then they didn’t obey

This wasn’t my choice

It was their’s

Yours’ too, cuz you never listened

Or looked at my blank stares
