Pretense of Happiness

A precious little smile,
with emotions flirting.
Lingering laugh,
even though the laughters reverting.
Innocent eyes only open,
to a setting sun
To find whats lost,
is already done.
All she does is smile,
(all emotion)
Lingering laugh
(now reverting)
Eyes show more than innocence;
(but nobody knows)
Because she's keeping up appearances.
