Quatrains 1 through 5
Author:
Bronzeage PM
The Quatrains are reworked from my reponses in a poetry dual. I faced 3 very lovely poets and had to answer each in about 5 minutes. I can't post my opponents work, but I was honored by their challenge.

I have the kit and I have the tools
I wrote the book that broke the rules.
Prices given and rates compared,
there's no heart left unrepaired

I'm just a man with a handy skill
won't cost much, pay what you will
I come to you, I'll travel far
to heal so smooth without a scar.

So lie right here and give me a while
I'll hear you sing and see you smile
There is no secret, no hidden plan,
just the gentle love of a good man

Is patience not a virtue held dear?

Relief is at hand, so have no fear
If we would wait, If we might tarry.
It is a burden we can carry.

There is an effort in a mountain climb
But we can sit upon it for a long long time

The sunrise of a mountain view

is a pale light compared with you
