Deep Soul

Tell me how deep my soul runs,

How deep it's supposed to be,

How much love a person can give,

But recieve criticism and hate in return?

It's told love is endless,

But why is hate still there?

Why is this life full of fear?

Why do parents go home and hit and scream at their children and themselves?

Where does the law end and morals begin?

Where does the soul get damaged?

Is it in the innocent womb,

When sex is considered dirty as sin?

Or is it even before that?
