I’ve known you forever,

Since we were kids,

We’ve been together,

Our paths crossed,

You were there for me,

I was there for you,

Now I moved away,

Why couldn’t things stay the same,

Our paths are now going different ways,

We may talk sometimes,

But it’s not the same,

I know that,

But I still hope,

That it is the same,

It hurts,

Reality hurts,

Hopefully our paths will join again one day,
