Inheritance

Without balance the world turns mad
And chaos is eminent

But who am I but a lowly messenger boy
Forget me as I will forget you

Do you ever wish you could fly?
Because my wings are heavy
The rain has caused branches to fall
And blood to spill
Won't you please take away my inheritance

If I were to crash into the sky head first
My life would end
The invisible walls are closing in
Please save me from the madness

Words are the key to understanding natures curse
Life is never worth living without creatures to share in your pain
So please share the gift that nature has brought forth
My inheritance and forever your curse

Wickedness has bought our love before

And so shall it again

Lick the blood off my cheek please
And drink the water from that poisoned leaf

Can’t you see the fairies with their ruined wings?

Coming to bring shelter to the downtrodden

We are bothweak
So can't you please forgive my bad influence
It is my fault that we have lost all that we were
The gift that is now my curse has left my heart and now cancer grows
hard right where your love left off

Go now and leave me with a kiss
Set me free of my inheritance
