I just whipped this up quickly off the top of my head and posted it, so it's not near perfect. This is kind of like the dream chapter of my latest story (which I have yet to post on this site; remind me to do that sometime), but it's not scary or dead or anything. I think it's my happy place. Anyway, before you read, keep in mind that I'm no good with flow or near rhymes (I accidentally did one so I had to add more).

Smooth bright moonlight,
Coming in through the leaves.
I dance in it's sweet nectar,
As I laugh with the whispering trees.

Hide-and-seek, the game we play,
No rules, no end, perfect hiding spots.
Chase and skip with the fairies,
Behind the tree, I'll never get caught.

Gentle breezes waltz with the flowers,
As I tell them of our happy dance.
Lying in my field of friends,
Staring up into the expanse.

Purple sky, mesmerizing lights,
Lunar light behind foggy haze.
Butterflies gently shut my eyes,
As the fireflies tuck me in.

I imagine this place as a big forest with a clearing. It's always night, and everything's silvery blue and purple, and the moon's always bright. There are fairies and butterflies, and everything's alive, yet nothing, not even the person there, speaks an audio language. It's a place of solitude sometimes, and a way to return to childhood other times. It's one of my two happy places, and it's good for me.
