Author's Notes:  Just something that came to me after hearing a poem by another friend.  Similar idea actually, somewhat of a language warning though.

Paradise

I'm still here you know,

For all you nonbelievers,

Just stuck in paradise,

My paradise,

One where I make the rules,

And you follow them,

Across the endless waters of the author's imagination,

I see the rising peaks of joy and happiness,

And in between them,

The shallow valleys of sorrow,

Now following the twining river of memories,

And through the forest of hidden passions,

Past the desert of troubles,

And up to the doors of paradise's palace,

It's door open and wide,

Opening just for me,

What a paradise this is,

How fucking wonderful,

How damned perfect,

Too bad it isn't real,

They tell me to stop it,

You'll get stuck, they say,

In that ridiculous dream world of yours,

But I don't really give a damn anymore,

So I close my eyes and there I am,

Paradise…
