he’s unraveling

slow sweet

strands of

melody into my

ears. I

gather the dripping

notes out of the

air and cluster them

in my pocket to

savor for an infinite

time. the harmonies I

miss plunk onto the

floor and

evaporate in a

puff of discord while

I scatter them like

stars into the

blank sky.
