Okay before I even tell you a little bit of the story, you should look at the letter that Mandy had sent Lily the previous day, there letters normally started out in a weirdo way.

Dear Lily,
Listen to the wind.....it calls my name....... I want to follow it but it is to late and I know that you are expecting me to show at up at your house tonight for the party, the one your parents finally let you have. I will not disappoint you again, I try with all my heart to forget the wind, but I need to be free, you understand.
We should be happy thought that we are graduating soon enough. We are graduating not a moment to soon, we have worked through all the difficult times and had fun hanging out, and now we will be more free than we have ever known was possible or have we had before.
Sorry, right now I must stop this letter and come over. Next year you and me can go traveling all over Europe, as we have planned before college. We can do this because we are the best of friends.
Sincerely,
MANDY

I am Mandy, and today is the day before my last day of school EVER, well except for when I go to college but that is more free, which I love to be free. Okay well that last sentence did not make a ton of sense but you get the point. Anyway right after we get out of school, me and my best friend, Lily, are going to Europe for a year, which will make us even closer, and it will give us more ideas of what we want to do with our life. What I want to really do right now is to be a singer, but my mother this I should do something more "practical" like be a stay at home mom (staying at home and cleaning, just doesn't work for me) or I could always marry into a rich family and then become a singer because they could pay for everything. So you see my plans are not all that great, but what can I say I am still working out every little detail (okay and the big picture) but you know what. All of that is going to change after tomorrow, after I graduate high school, with a 4.0 gpa.
