nails black,

eyes violet,

hair pink with dye,

it's like i'm not me.

thick black liner,

lips cherry red,

caked foundation,

it's like i'm not me.

the security of thick gloss,

fake curls,

and dark lenses.

clumped mascara,

tacky colors,

bold prints.

the security of the unsecurity,

of being real

or atleast, pretending to be.

when i take it all off though,

it's like i was never real anyways.
