A/N: This is a poem about, well...read. Inspired by my own feelings, written under influence of Starbucks. hehehe enjoy!

Still Breathing

Filthy streets

Cascaded with sunlight

Agonizing dreams

Piercing at midnight

You still breathe in my ear….you caress my skin

I feel the passions of a love undone

Scorching me in silence within

Tears so hot, they burn my face

A cut so deep, no kiss can heal the pain

Your hands still encase the only heart that I own

And you still won’t ever let go…

It’s broken and bleeding, my body’s crying out

What I can’t do with, I can’t do without

So please don’t walk away, this love is my life

That word, so awful “Goodbye”

Filthy streets

Cascaded with moonlight

Agonizing screams

Resounding through the night

You still kiss me on my lips…even though you aren’t here

I feel your presence when you’ve moved on

I feel the brokenness so far gone…

Return to me.

You’re the only thing I want

But your too far gone…

This is too far gone

You’re still breathing in my ear

A whisper only I can hear.

Don’t go

Even though you already have

Don’t go.

Keep breathing in my ear….
