I come to school,

Decked out in black.

(Just simple cords and sweater).

People ask,

“Are you Goth?”

No, I say, I just like black.

The next day, it’s a hot pink outfit.

They don’t care,

but the Goths point and cry,

“Poser!”

Gee, I wonder what you all would do

If I wore pink and black

together?

A/N: Based on a rather annoying experience. This was the day I knew for sure that labeling was an absolute waste of time. Just remember that the “dumb preps” aren’t the only ones who like to stereotype, the “angsty Goths” are pretty good at it too.
