Daddy's Girl

An ode to my mother,

As I chase the pills down,

With Vodka,

So clear,

Now what do you think Daddy?

As I lay in this hospital bed,

Do you regret all the nasty things you said?

I can hear her breathing Daddy,

My momma,

She's right there,

Behind the light,

Would you love me more Daddy,

If I was with her,

Instead of here,

Plaguing you,

Destroying your perfect family?

I won't die Daddy,

I won't give you the satisfaction,

Of owning me,

For the rest of your life,

I'll be your worst nightmare.
