Forever and always

He took hold of her shadowy figure
The one hidden well from the world
He let his lips on hers linger
For she was pure woman turned from girl
She was nothing like any that he had held
Her skin silken and smooth
A burning passion with in him quelled
To hold a person not held behind a rues
There was beauty in all the she was
Loving with passion never to be matched
Being herself when no one else does
With a heart unbroken, un-patched
She was his forever and always
For better for worse ever in life
Someone to hold for all of his days
