Cumulonimbus

There was once a time when I would have given you my world

But to you, I was just another stupid little girl.

There once was a place that I sat with you and spilled out my heart.

But you just smiled and watched me fall completely apart.

I showed you exactly how different I was,

But you still treated me like I was a serial module.

One in a million, you said.

But that’s not how the look in your eyes read.

Beneath the skies, quietly, on the ground I lie.

Watching all the clouds as memories slowly passing by,
