The empty streets

An entire sea

And thunder, please
Help me through
You know I’ll
Listen to you

Lightning flash
Flash, silver and bright
Illuminate the sky,
This cold night

Oh, beautiful storm
Lead me away
From the dread and fear
And miserable pain

isnt it wonderful how you could just randomly write a depressing poem, when theres absolutely nothing wrong with you?? strangely enough, this has turned out to be one of my favorites ive written.
